1. Acceptance and Eligibility

Submission of an order does not guarantee that your order will be accepted or fulfilled. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm details of your order, request additional verification or documentation, or notify you that we are unable to fulfill your order. An order is deemed accepted when we ship the products to you and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, impose limits on orders placed using the same account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address, or to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, even after an order confirmation has been issued or payment has been processed. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide when placing an order—including billing information, payment details, shipping address, and contact information—is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delayed processing, shipment to an incorrect address, or cancellation of your order.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

You are responsible for any fees, charges, or penalties imposed by your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider in connection with your purchase, including but not limited to overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, or currency conversion fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to addresses within the United States. Orders placed through Pulsevex are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment verification. Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, holidays, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Shipping within the United States is FREE. There are no shipping costs for orders shipped within the United States.

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate, complete, and current. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by you. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you may be responsible for reshipping fees or may receive only a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable).

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once a product is delivered to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed shipments. 7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please note that there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for online purchases under United States federal law. The 30-day return window is our own voluntary return policy. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. PULSEVEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT THE SITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
